Meeting room upgrades that actually improve daily collaboration
Meeting rooms fail less often because of brand choice than because of poor room matching. Small rooms, medium rooms and boardrooms need different camera, microphone and control approaches. The same is true for executive spaces and customer-facing collaboration rooms.
Good planning starts with the room type, the typical meeting behaviour and the collaboration platform already used by the organization. Once that is clear, sourcing becomes more predictable and adoption improves.
That is why the strongest collaboration RFQs are room-based rather than device-first.
