Requesting a return or cancellation
Contact Zapcart with the order reference before returning any item. Eligibility depends on the item condition, packaging, activation status, supplier terms and whether the product was configured or specially ordered.
- Standard unopened items may be reviewed for return.
- Activated software, licences, configured systems and special-order items may have restrictions.
- No item should be sent back without written return instructions.
Any approved remedy, charges or collection arrangements are confirmed in writing. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
