Catalogue and quotations
Catalogue information supports product discovery. Price, availability, specification, delivery and warranty are binding only when confirmed in an accepted quotation or order.
Orders
An order is accepted after the product, quantity, commercial terms and payment requirements are confirmed. Special-order, configured and licensed products can carry additional cancellation or return restrictions that are stated before acceptance.
Accuracy and responsible use
Zapcart may correct genuine catalogue or quotation errors before order acceptance. Product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
