1. The gateway is not included in the purchase of the sensor. 2. The T10C sensor can only be used at home with your EZVIZ Home Gateway to ensure steady connectivity. Once it’s disconnected from the Gateway, it will no longer work properly with the sound alarm or mobile alerts. 3. When the T10C detects a water level of more than 0.5 mm, it will send an instant app alert via the EZVIZ App to the user's phone, and repeat this leak alert every 5 minutes until the water level decreases under 0.5 mm. Meanwhile, it will trigger a 3-minutes long loud siren over the connected home gate that repeats every 5 minutes until the situation is resolved. Users can choose to manually mute the gateway siren by pressing down its device button. If the water leak remains unresolved, the connected gateway will resume the siren after 5 minutes. 4.
